Water Harvesting in Sub-Saharan Africa

In this volume water harvesting is presented as a set of approaches which occupy the intermediate position on the water-management spectrum. It provides lessons to promote sustainable development in Sub-Sarahan Africa, where water is an irregular yet necessary commodity, and its availability a major constraint on agriculture.
