Mobility and Cosmopolitanism

The distinction between mundane practice and/or competences on the one hand and a form of consciousness or moral aspiration on the other hand, which recurs in scholarly discussions of cosmopolitanism is rendered ambiguous when applied to actual cases, ‘on the ground’.
