Your right to return

You can return books within 14 days from receiving them. No reason needed, this is your EU right of withdrawal. Books must come back in the condition you received them.

How to return

  1. 1Write to info@bookshop.lt with your order number.
  2. 2We reply with return instructions.
  3. 3Send the book via a parcel locker to our Vilnius address.
  4. 4We refund after the book reaches us.

Who pays the return shipping

If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the book is damaged or wrong, we pay.

Refund

We refund within 14 days after the book reaches us. We use the same payment method you used.

Damaged or wrong book

Tell us as soon as you can and include a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund.

Legal guarantee

Your 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods under EU law always applies.
